I have a plan for every square on my ladiesbingo card!!

And a plan to write 2-10k words for each one (even the one that's intended as a graphics prompt because... I can think of a good fic idea for it but only ugly icons!)

So, probably I'll have knocked all 25 of those out by the end of the weekend, right? ;)

It inspired me to rearrange my fics a bit, to make these easier to write. The one thing I don't like about SmartEdit Writer is that it's not easy to merge and split projects. But anyway, now all my fics live in one project, apart from HTTWSB and my big DAO WIP. They get their own projects. So do my 2 poor neglected original novels. But it's all nice and tidy now :)

Here are the things I'm planning to write!! Some of my ideas are pretty fleshed out but some I'm kind of undecided. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts!

Fallout

Natalia & Katja - The Rumour Mill

This is middle-aged Natalia and Katja in Arroyo complaining and bragging about their kids and grandkids, who could make shorter work of a deathclaw, etc., and the things they're saying making it back around the village (or further?). They are best friends and practically sisters and fight like it too. This could be more slice of life or more outright comedy, I'm not sure how out of hand the rumours should get.

Tandi & Chosen One, Tandi & Natalia - Retirement

I wanted this to be more Tandi&Chosen One but I've just written part of a letter from Natalia I want to be part of it. Maybe the whole thing could be letters, or maybe interspersed, or maybe this is just something Tandi re-reads at the beginning or end of the fic.

It's about Tandi not wanting to retire until she has a suitable successor, and she wants that successor to be Irina, but Irina has misgivings - not least that she herself doesn't want to retire from the rangers

In the end it's moot 'cause Tandi fucking dies. Forcibly retired...

Irina/Miria - Wild Card (Marriage (Arranged or Otherwise))

Pretty self-explanatory (oh, if you know Irina is my Chosen One...) the shotgun marriage that lasts a happy lifetime 💜 I haveeeee to write this story, I think about them all the time, but I always get kinda distracted/intimidated by the idea of making it a FO2 novelisation (it wouldn't be as long as HTTWSB mainly because I hate FO2 lmao) This could be more short and sweet :) (And spicy hehehe)

Betsy/Marina + Irina/Miria - Outsider POV

Marina is my Lone Wanderer and she gets with Corporal Betsy, this is my biggest big brained moment ever. Marina is Irina's niece (not exactly - she's her cousin's daughter) and she looks for Arroyo/her mother's family after her dad tells her the truth and she's at a loose end. She ends up kind of apprenticed to Irina. Learning the ropes from her

Simultaneously, Irina has asked her nephew (not exactly - Boone's her other cousin's grandson) if he can recommend any former comrades as bodyguards. He says he knows someone they'll love, and he's right, and Irina and Miria try to set the two of them up. Hence, outsider POV.

Christine/Veronica - Pining

Probably Veronica pining after Christine and not vice versa. Christine is either a bit much of a busy bee or literally in hell. It's the "omg maybe she died" kinda pining not "omg I hope she sits next to me"

Christine/Veronica + Christine/Courier - Neon

I can't see neon and not think New Vegas!!

Anyway in this fic it's gonna go slightly differently to HTTWSB because Christine and my Courier are going to actually fuck as opposed to the "But I read ahead and we literally are reunited with our true loves in the next chapter, so probably best not :( soz babe" thing they do there.

Christine POV, she compares the red cloud and collars of the Sierra Madre + the Courier to the neon of Vegas and Veronica. And, the whole thing to like, her skulking in shadows (hunting Elijah - her relationship with Veronica the first time...) ... into the light, the gaudy lights of New Vegas :)

Stealth suit/Courier - Someone / Something is Hidden / Camouflaged

Waking Cloud & Courier - Shadows / Darkness

my notes: Physical: in the shaded river edges. Shadow, hidden: her pregnancy; the fate of her husband. And... 2 widows. And... secret work. women's work. on top of their hunting...

Yeah!! I wanna write about them! They are friends in HTTWSB but all of HH is Joshua POV and like he notices their friendship but women's emotions are not particularly important to him lmao. They need their turn in the limelight... or the not light...

Mila/Nancy - College / University / Education

Mila and Nancy are my OCs okay... Mila is Boone's sister and Nancy is her wife. They are Followers and met in the Boneyard. So that's what this fic is gonna be about :)

Mila/Nancy - The future belongs to those who prepare for it today

It's a quote, I didn't know it, it's by Malcolm X and the context is education. So I thought oh more Mila/Nancy stuff (either as students, or, Nancy's main thing is teaching) but then I was like no I want it to be about them but a kind of double Followers-future thing and also their immediate future in their home. I want to write... farm smut... gardening smut... house repair smut. Something along those domestic + sweaty lines :D

Morrigan/Tabris - Blur [graphics, art]

I have a scene in my WIP novelisation which is more like Tabris/Zevran + Morrigan & Zevran (one of my fave DA friendships :D) where they're in a tavern, Zevran is kind of openly moping after Tabris (but hiding that he's in love...) and Morrigan is deeply repressing same but also repressing her feelings of friendship for anyone but her, too. (especially AWFUL ZEVRAN!! who buys her a drink and makes sure it's one she'll like) It's one of my favourites.

Anyway this version is Morrigan drinking until things get visually blurry... and then blurring the lines of her relationship with Tabris, and which Warden she's meant to be getting in bed...!

Morrigan/Tabris - May Morning

In midsummer Tabris is finally coming back into herself after a lottttt of grief. And Morrigan is just discovering herself hehehe. (it starts with... ingredient flower picking. flower crowns...)

(Btw, I'm a virgin Morrigan truther. It comes from only playing as a female Warden. That's a virgin!!! A very nervous one!!! She's a totally different character if you play as male.)

Morrigan/Tabris or Morrigan & Tabris - Supernatural Elements

I mean, anything I write, especially anything DA, can be supernatural. But here I wanted maybe my favourite kind of mysterious magical thing, it's Morrigan's shapeshifting!!

If it's /, it's not gonna be with her as an animal lmao. Maybe impressing her (she looooooves the shapeshifting and thinks it is so cool because lmao so do I!! It's so cool!) or maybe even... a voyeurism thing!! Or... something like... Tabris is telling an animal/the woods about her feelings but omg it was Morrigan the whole time.

Morrigan/Tabris or Morrigan & Tabris - Grooming (Brushing / Braiding Hair, Painting Nails, etc.)

Tabris offers to do Morrigan's hair, after she turned down Leliana's equally horny offer. But Morrigan is fascinated by elves, and especially by this Warden. This one could stay friendly I guess :)

Morrigan & Tabris - Triads (Maiden / Mother / Crone, The Fates, Macbeth's Witches, etc.)

This has to be Morrigan but idk. The obvious to me is undying Flemeth, mother Morrigan, childless Tabris. Morrigan loves her so much she'd be willing to ask her mother for help. Well, if not for her son...!

Otherwise, Tabris talking to Morrigan about attacking Flemeth (she knows she can't have kids, she DOESN'T know Morrigan plans to)

Or 3x in Morrigan's life: meeting Tabris as a young woman, when she has Kieran and Tabris is childless... omg... NOOO... after Tabris dies :( omg something fucked up like she found a cure too late for herself, Morrigan has a pet zombie

Or more and less lighthearted: Tabris, Morrigan and Wynne cooking/making a potion. their statuses as mothers/would-be mothers are relevant too.

I'm gonna go with dogs and family meanings. Morrigan, maybe surprising Tabris with the first real contact in years, has a request: Kieran wants a pet. To be specific, a mabari hound like features in his mom's stories. Tabris will move heaven and earth to do anything her sister and nephew want even if it means dealing with ORLESIANS.

Shianni & Tabris - Kittens and Puppies

I thought about doing something Fallout-Nightstalkery for this but no, we'll do real kittens. This is just a cute story. Idk yet if they should be little girls or teenagers.

Shianni & Tabris - There is No Escape

To mitigate how dark the obvious option would be I'm thinking some kind of double where Shianni compares being rescued by Tabris the first time to the Battle of Denerim. Or even three, with the first being some very minor (in retrospect) childhood trouble.

Lavellan/Josephine - A Battle / Fight / Confrontation

Cliché but : fighting for Josephine's hand :)

Seven - Farce

I'll be honest, I have very limited understanding of what the word 'farce' means and like half an hour of research has not seriously shed light. So I just want to write Seven getting into stupid situations with many people (especially, many women) on Voyager. misunderstandings etc. (like the whole, "intimate activities resume" and everything else she gets up to)

Seven & Naomi - Playground

Seven and Naomi on the holodeck. A little like when that boy encourages Data to play...

1. Seven not getting into the games. (irrelevant)
2. Seven getting too into the games (is this educational? is it dangerous?)
3. Seven GETTING the games. finally :)

Seska - Unreliable Narrator

My only note for this is "SESKA!!!" but tbh it's all you need right? I adore Seska and I'd like to explore how much she's lying to herself as well as everyone else.

B'Elanna/Seska - In Public

kind of like how B'Elanna and Tom go at it when those aliens are squeezing Janeway's head. but sexier. Seska was always like "omg lighten up, don't be so Starfleet" lmao. but also... too stickler for keeping her cover? but what was that stuff with Chakotay you know? Chief Engineer B'Elanna also 'useful' yes? so yeah...

(I still have to write my more serious/sad fic of them... this can tide us all over in the meantime)

B'Elanna & Miral (her mom I mean) - Surreality

I love Barge of the Dead and I wanna do something like that!! Simple to explain but maybe not to write.

Sounds like a fun time ahead :D I only played the first Dragon Age game and don't remember/haven't met Tabris, but femslash stories with Morrigan sounds like a good time to me :D Have fun!
